I negotiate financing terms with the same care and diligence as if the project were my own. With 21 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I have supported thousands of clients in achieving their homeownership and investment goals. I provide guidance for a wide range of projects, including first-time home purchases, second mortgages, and real estate investments. I also assist clients with renovation financing, mortgage renewals, and refinancing. For clients managing debt, leveraging home equity may offer an effective solution.
